I’m grateful to Fukushima Prefecture for planning this tour. There were some troubles along the way(The plane into Japan was late) but after seeing Fukushima’s beautiful nature(Especially the beautiful Goshikinuma) and meeting its kind farmers we soon forgot any tiredness born from traveling. We were mesmerized throughout the tour by the beautiful Lake Inwashiro, traditional onsens, and the late autumn leaf colours. Through our journey of Fukushima I learned that there is no truth to the rumours about radioactive contamination, environmental destruction, and unsafe food in Fukushima. I was able to confirm the situation with my own eyes, and have grown to love Fukushima.
