Dear people of Fukushima.
My name is Luseane Tupouniua.I am a Tongan from New Zealand, I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart, for all the hard work you have been doing to try and restore Fukushima to the great prefecture it once was. I know it’s something hard to recover from and the way the world looks at us is hard but I do promise to try my hardest to change people`s views of this prefecture...One family member and friend at a time, do not give up and keep fighting until the world hears your voices. Your hard work does not go unnoticed in my eyes; I appreciate every smile, story and hello I receive. Your kindness and hard work diminishes any story told in the media. This is just a small bump on the road and Fukushima Ken will recover and be better than ever. Good luck and thank you for trying hard to make sure the people are safe. Despite what people say, I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else in this country. Fukushima is now my home and I will try my best to tell people of the world about my second home. I love you guys.
