Through participating in the study tour, I was able to deepen my understanding of Fukushima. Also I was able to experience firsthand the efforts being made by the people of Fukushima towards recovery, and they have my greatest respect. Fukushima has overcome the influence of the Nuclear Power Plant accident. One can eat Fukushima products without having to worry, and I know that thanks to everyone’s hard work there is a bright future ahead of us. As a foreign exchange student living in Fukushima, I will continue to spread the message that Fukushima has regained its energy, and is making more progress than ever before.
